The Granadilla Invite Friends (Referral) Program (“The Program”) allows registered Granadilla users (a “Granadilla User”) to earn cash back (“Cash Back”) by inviting friends to sign up and purchase cover with Granadilla.

To participate, Granadilla Users must agree to these terms, which become part of the Granadilla Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

How to Earn Cash Back

Granadilla Users can earn Cash Back if: (i) an invited friend clicks on their referral link, downloads the Granadilla mobile app, creates a valid Granadilla account that complies with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer; and (ii) the invited friend purchases cover with Granadilla and maintains that cover for at least 30 days.

The referring Granadilla User will be credited with their Cash Back amount described in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials after the completion of the invited friend’s Qualifying Cover Purchase.

Redeeming Cash Back

The Cash Back amount is always placed in the referring Granadilla User’s Wallet (within the mobile app) and can be withdrawn to any validated bank account linked to their profile following the completion of the invited friend’s Qualifying Cover Purchase and once the cover has been maintained for at least 30 days.

If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of your Cash Back, please contact us. Granadilla may require you to submit additional information in order to make a decision regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Granadilla’s sole discretion.

You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of Cash Back. Where applicable, Granadilla may be required to account for VAT on any services for which the Cash Back are redeemed.

Inviting Friends

The Program should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs with the primary purpose of soliciting Cash Back. Granadilla Users are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Granadilla Users are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.

Multiple Referrals

An invited friend may only use one referral link. If an invited friend receives referral links from multiple Granadilla Users, only the corresponding Granadilla User of the referral link used by the invited friend will receive Cash Back.

Severability

If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and Changes

Granadilla may suspend or terminate The Program or a user’s ability to participate in The Program at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to remove Cash Back if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Cash Back can change at any time.

Updates to the Terms

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the https://granadilla.ai website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
